Branch Admin Officer

Purpose of Position:

To provide the relevant depot with an effective administrative support service and to perform logging and route reporting and printing related tasks.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Required Experience:

Administration related work experience within a pathology laboratory environment, Knowledge: Medical Terminology, Knowledge: Meditech system

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath, Perform general administrative tasks to ensure in order to ensure that the relevant documentation is accurate and accessible, Performing logging related tasks in order to ensure that accurate records and documentation are maintained

Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Interact, manage and provide effective client service.
  • Implement new business, this includes the submission of application´s / and additional forms where necessary.
  • Contact with product providers to ensure that business is timely completed.
  • Prepare risk, investment quotes with application forms.
  • Prepare client files and keep personal information always updated.
  • Process client queries and instructions.
  • Deliver a friendly, helpful and welcoming impression to customers in person and by telephone.
  • Handling Petty Cash.
  • Regular follow-up of instructions with all product providers.
  • Coordinate prospect projects.
  • Research product information.
  • Maintain the CRM system.

Minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
  • Completed RE5
  • 5 years relevant work experience within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Employee must have private Wi Fi access for when working from home (as might happen from time to time as per lockdown or social distancing regulations)
  • Valid Drivers license

Call Centre Team Leader

Purpose of the job:

  • Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them.
  • Manage the day-to-day line activities.
    • Managing the work phone
    • Managing escalations
    • Managing absenteeism
    • Support the Call Centre Manager in ensuring that the Call Centre Agents are closing their cases
  • Monitoring that the Call Centre agents are following the correct procedure | process when logging calls.
  • Escalate complaints | problems to the Call Centre manager if unable to resolve live escalations from Call Centre agents.
  • Keep the Call Centre manager updated on any operational issues that may arise that affects the Call Centre SLA’s.

 

Minimum education:

  • Matric a must
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Microsoft suite – Office
