Scope of work:
Receiving & physical inspection of material
Marking the material
Technical inspection
Packing & documentation
Delivery – majan
Document submission to office
Invoice submission
Managing the stock and store
Job Description:
Receive the material cross checking with IPO and identify the
physical condition of material checking damage and all.
Marking the material with job no and customer name
Inform the receipt of material to office through email &
whatsapp and invite sales person for technical inspection
Packing the material as specified in the delivery order and
sticking delivery note / packing list / delivery location details on the
package
Get the majan gate pass and submit the document to majan
after delivery of material
Submitting all the documents received in warehouse like
vendor do / CSL do acknowledge copy / delivery invoices to office on the same
day.
Submitting invoice to customer and handover the acknowledge
copy in office
Arranging the stock in proper position & order,
maintaining the material in and out log register and keeping the store clean
and organized.
Salary
Range Between: OMR 300 – 350 per Month
Terms:
Contract Period – 2 years (Renewable)
Working Days/ Hours Differ given
the business demands, from Sunday through Thursday and weekly off on Friday and
Saturday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
Food – Will be managed by
candidates
Accommodation,
transportation, medical insurance, employment visa, joining and return ticket –
Will be provided by Employer
