Female Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
• Compiling documents and maintaining client information databases.
• Contacting suppliers for placing orders
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, ETC
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

Job Requirements:
• Computer literate & Speak Fluent English (Hindi is an added advantage)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritizes, and effectively manages time.
• Strong Communication skills, skillful phone contact management and attentive listening
• Excellent verbal and written communications abilities
• Working knowledge of administrative role.
• Capable to work unsupervised and independently.
• Ability and willingness to learn new tasks and software as required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Professional attitude and appearance
