4.Operate The Sarah Home for Women underneath the program guidelines and structure of The Well Ministry of Rescue.
VISION
The Well Ministry of Rescue Sarah Home for Women opened November 10th, 2007. Its purpose will be to minister to women who have a substance abuse problem and / or life skills problems. The only requirement is the desire to change their lives, and agreeing to abstain from the use of alcohol, drugs and tobacco.
DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING
At The Sarah Home for Women, we minister primarily to women who have had a substance abuse or alcohol issue in their past. The Sarah Home for Women is a Christian based discipleship training program founded on the Word of God. It is our belief that Jesus Christ alone can set us free from a life of bondage. By adopting an “each one teach one” outlook, we allow the redeemed of the Lord to say so. Our Bible studies and groups are led primarily by Christian women for women, who simply desire to share the Good News with others in obedience to the Lord.
The Sarah Home for Women requires a 12-month commitment, with the understanding that leadership will evaluate each woman’s progress individually.
We are a residential program for up to 16 women.
We follow a Christ-centered 12-step book.
Our disciples attend up to 15 bible studies weekly.
We attend bible believing churches each week.
We encourage women to have an active prayer life.
We combat illiteracy.
We offer support to the families of our disciples.
We offer a “workers phase” to ensure smooth transition.
We prepare and enable our women to reenter society.
We have “after-care” and growth management services.
We have a transitional housing plan.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING
This serves three purposes:
1. Builds self esteem, and a sense of accomplishment in the area of work ethics.

(Prov. 14:23 / 2 Thess. 3:10/ Titus 2:3-5)
3. Helps to provide the necessary income the Ministry needs to continue serving others.
(Acts 2:44 - 45 / Phil. 4:19)
